We believe fudge should be a labor of love—freshly made and never prepackaged. With 30 years of experience, we’ve perfected the art of small-batch, gourmet fudge, using only the finest ingredients to bring you the richest, creamiest flavors. We take inspiration from Maine and beyond, featuring flavors made with local ingredients like beer from Rising Tide Brewery, pure maple syrup, fresh kelp, and raw honey. We craft five different vanillas to flavor our fudge, make our own caramel from scratch, and source wholesome flavorings from around the world to create something truly special in every bite. Whether you're craving a classic like chocolate or maple walnut or something completely unique, our handcrafted fudge is made to be enjoyed. And just a little fun fact—if you eat it straight from the knife, it’s totally fat and calorie-free (or so we like to believe!).
